It started on Wednesday morning on March 18, 2020. The first large earthquake that I had ever experienced. It was a 5.7 and the center of the quake was a short distance from my home in a small town called Magna, Utah. I was at work, sitting at my desk when I heard a loud noise first. I thought that something had hit our building until the shaking didn’t stop. Most of us took cover under our desks and waited.
Unless you have experienced a earthquake it is un-explainable how it shakes the ground and things around you.
From that day until last night, Tuesday April 14, 2020 we had mild after shocks. Last night we had another one that was about 4.17 in the same area.
Earthquakes are one of those rare natural occurrences that unlike other acts of mother nature they occur without warning.
